A gorgeous, emotional, love-filled wedding at Wandsworth Town Hall during a heatwave.
Jill and Tobi’s wedding may sound familiar to regular readers of my blog as this was near-identical to the circumstances of the equally gorgeous and equally sweltering wedding of Marianela and Ruben last year.
Jill and Tobi – to whom extra kudos is awarded for living in my former neighbourhood of Tooting Bec – had a not-a-dry-eye-in-the-house (myself included) ceremony in the very elegant Victoria Room at Wandsworth Town Hall, before taking a taxi convoy to nearby Wandsworth Park for a pop-up champagne reception. I know I say this about all the weddings I cover, but Jill, Tobi and their family and friends were so very friendly and it was beautiful to see how much joy their wedding brought to everyone in the room.
As a side-note, Jill and Tobi opted for my London essentials package and the below collection of photographs was taken in the space of just two hours.
