America is a place that British people are instantly familiar with, through their shared language, mutual audio-visual tastes, a familiar news narrative, and the presence of many of the same brands.
Yet it’s slightly ‘off’ somehow. Below is my attempt at documenting the alien mundanity of America through the eyes of a British person.
