The Upper Norwood Library re-launched as a Library Hub last week, and I was there to provide some official photos of the event.
The trustees and staff have worked tirelessly for many months to refurbish the premises to be a shining community hub at the heart of the famous Crystal Palace triangle. The ground floor has all the books, and the upper floor has a multimedia hub and a very large, ‘blank canvas’ function area. It’s a wonderful space and I plan to be a regular visitor.
